Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and multiple internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for contracting.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely contract execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take appropriate corrective actions.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree, or equivalent 4-year college education.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare sector.

• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations; at least 5 years of experience required.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
