Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and multiple internal/external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, which includes contract archiving.

• Aid in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take appropriate corrective measures.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, graduate, or postgraduate qualifications.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
