Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and various internal/external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Develop, monitor, report on, and manage site contract metrics.

• Aid in the maintenance of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year college.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
