Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various client contracts.

• Collaborate with a supervisor and multiple internal and external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Help design and implement policies and procedures to ensure timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in the CRO or healthcare field.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
