This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Prepare and negotiate clinical study agreements, service contracts, team member agreements, and associated documentation.

• Analyze site feedback within local legal and business contexts to assist internal decision-makers.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and internal policies.

• Serve as the central communication point among internal teams, site personnel, and external collaborators.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial draft to final signature and subsequent archival.

• Foster relationships with clinical trial sites and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively identify risks and work alongside the Site Contract Lead to address them.

• Monitor contract progress in real-time and keep teams updated.

• Initiate process enhancements to streamline contracting, making it quicker, clearer, and more efficient.

• Support agreements that facilitate Parexel's clinical trials and clinical development solutions.

• Must reside in Poland.

• Proficiency in German, Polish, and English is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical reasoning.

• Comfortable working confidently in a virtual, global team environment.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure along with a polished, professional demeanor.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• No previous industry experience is necessary for level I positions.
