Site Contract Specialist – FSP, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate contracts.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with site personnel and internal teams.

• Ensure contract delivery adheres to quality standards, objectivity, and risk assessment.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites.

• Guarantee compliance with established negotiation parameters and contractual procedures.

• Identify and evaluate legal, financial, and operational risks, escalating when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on site startup activities.

• Meet target cycle times for site activations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualifications.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (approximately 2-5 years).

• Strong understanding of contract law principles.

• Proven ability to apply fundamental principles of investigator grant negotiation.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
