Site Contract Specialist – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and finalize contracts with research sites.

• Negotiate within established guidelines for grants and contracts.

• Ensure adherence to negotiation guidelines and meet client expectations.

• Identify and evaluate legal, financial, and operational risks.

• Offer recommendations regarding contract negotiations.

• Coordinate site initiation activities with internal teams.

• Meet targeted timelines for site activations.

• Ensure prompt escalation of issues that fall outside established parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience ranging from 2 to 5 years.

• Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals.

• Proven track record in negotiating investigator grants.

• Familiarity with business and financial concepts.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Possess analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Understanding of pharmaceutical product development processes.

• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with PPD Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Practice Documents (WPD).
