Site Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with clinical trial sites and enhance their engagement.

• Contribute to clinical research initiatives and take ownership of deliverables.

• Establish and maintain connections with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Identify prospects for enhancing site engagement and optimizing performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute site engagement strategies.

• Track site performance metrics and provide updates to study teams regarding engagement activities and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the UK.

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a minimum of 5 years required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
