
OTR Value Object Partner – Capacity Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Take ownership of the hour position for Contracts Managed, Planning, Demand Placement, and Remittance value objects.
• Create and uphold working-hour baselines, ensuring that their derivation is documented, agreed upon, and revalidated.
• Present hour positions during Sustainable Productivity approval reviews and reconcile actual hours.
• Develop expertise in complexity and growth models, collaborating with value object owners to refine them.
• Keep the accumulated process record updated in the QMS, which includes standard work, baseline derivations, root causes, improvements, and agreements.
• Participate in improvement plans led by contracts and planning leadership.
• Foster relationships with value object owners and assist in resolving value-object issues.
• Contribute to monthly operating reviews and the quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Facilitate Lean Events and engage in problem-solving activities.
• Mentor process owners and teams using Kata, daily management, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Support process owners or executive sponsors in drafting business problem statements.
• Engage in daily management and problem-solving routines.
• Ensure that improvements are integrated into standard work and validated by the individuals performing the tasks.
• Conduct sustainment checks and escalate unresolved support issues as necessary.
• Lead reflections at the conclusion of each improvement initiative and incorporate outcomes into the process base.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in power generation, energy, industrial services, field services, or related industries.
• Significant background in lean, continuous improvement, operations, services, manufacturing, or roles focused on operational excellence.
• Proficient in facilitating lean tools such as business process mapping, standard work, daily management, structured problem solving, and action planning.
• Capability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in implementing lean principles and operating systems within complex, matrixed business environments.
• Ability to coach process owners and teams to enhance operational discipline and maintain standard work.
• Strong coaching mentality with the capacity to provide direct, constructive feedback and develop sustainable capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across regions, functions, and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in English if based in Italy.
• EU work permit if located in Italy.
• Legal authorization to live and work in Hungary if based in Hungary.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States for this position.
