📋 Description

• Cultivate strong relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance site engagement and contribute to the development of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Participate in clinical research activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and direction to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize site performance through effective communication and feedback.

• Work alongside internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies customized to each study and site.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement efforts and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Preferably, prior experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field (5-7 years).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and establishing effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements pertinent to clinical trials.

• Experience in oncology.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
