Site Activation Manager – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the strategic, operational, and financial execution of Site Activation initiatives across designated studies and regions.

• Provide strategic guidance and project oversight for global or multi-regional Site Activation projects.

• Lead the start-up process and ongoing maintenance in accordance with ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and project deadlines.

• Create and implement the Site Activation Management Plan in alignment with study objectives and scope of work.

• Collaborate with internal teams, regional entities, and external partners to ensure effective study start-up execution.

• Supervise regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and the processing of essential documents.

• Evaluate regulatory environments and contribute to regulatory insights and strategies.

• Identify potential risks and suggest practical solutions to facilitate study delivery and bidding processes.

• Ensure precise tracking, reporting, and maintenance of project systems, timelines, and documentation.

• Assist in business development efforts, including bid defense and client engagement activities.

• Guide and mentor team members while contributing to initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Establish and maintain robust client relationships and support customer-facing engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in clinical research, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.

• Demonstrated international project experience across various regions.

• Strong leadership and project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead through others and cultivate effective cross-functional relationships.
