Site Activation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily site start-up and activation processes, aiding your team in achieving high-quality results.

• Spearhead clinical trial start-up efforts, grasping client goals and contributing to the formulation of strategies for country and site distribution.

• Supervise the daily execution of all site activation components in assigned projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines, expectations, and ICON/client KPIs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Guarantee that each project has a thorough site activation strategy, conducting studies efficiently in line with the plan.

• Direct sponsor initiatives such as kick-off meetings, bid defenses, project updates, status calls, and other essential communications.

• Apply project management expertise to enhance performance and collaboration, ensuring successful study results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in life sciences.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting, with a focus on Start-Up experience.

• Strong project management capabilities, with an in-depth understanding of regulatory and submission processes across various countries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 15%).
