Short Term Rental Listing and Operations Specialist, EU Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate directly with our Revenue Strategist to enhance listing optimization across Airbnb and various other distribution channels.

• Focus on listing optimization to ensure listings achieve optimal performance across all platforms.

• Ensure content consistency across platforms by managing the complete propagation on all OTAs, updating Airtable and Notion proactively.

• Maintain back office discipline to ensure the content shared across platforms aligns with what is centrally stored.

• Conduct analytics and performance tracking by monitoring key metrics such as conversion rate, click-through rate, and search ranking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in listing optimization, ideally in a professional capacity rather than solely as a host.

• Experience managing multiple properties, understanding the available levers, and demonstrating a history of enhancing performance.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Airbnb, including its algorithm, ranking factors, listing structure, and optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with a channel manager and/or property management system within a multi-OTA context.

• Proficient in using Airtable and Notion.

• Organized, methodical, and capable of managing your workload effectively across several properties.
