This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Administer compensation programs while providing strategic insights for competitive remuneration practices.
• Supervise merit and performance management cycles to ensure accuracy and timely implementation.
• Detect opportunities to enhance compensation processes and create standardized tools.
• Mentor compensation analysts and spearhead initiatives aimed at maintaining data integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, including roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical abilities and advanced skills in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and implementing process improvements.
