This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the candidate journey from matching to hiring:
• - Guide candidates through the interview process and preparation
• - Develop engaging candidate briefs
• - Oversee onboarding communication
• - Conduct regular check-ins to ensure success
• Foster our client relationships:
• - Assist with sales follow-ups and outreach
• - Coordinate scheduling for interviews
• - Create client briefs and necessary documentation
• - Maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Enhance and streamline processes:
• - Help refine our communication workflows
• - Support various team requirements as we grow
• - Monitor and improve key performance metrics
• At least 1 year of experience in a role focused on communication (customer service, recruitment, or appointment setting)
• You possess natural communication skills - writing articulate emails and speaking confidently comes naturally to you
• You are highly organized and enjoy managing multiple priorities without missing a beat
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable using:
• - CRM systems (Hubspot, Notion)
• - Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• - Communication platforms (Slack, Zoom)
• - LinkedIn and Email
• You are prepared for remote work with:
