This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Shopify clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business, identifying opportunities, and steering them towards quantifiable enhancements in Conversion Rate, AOV, UX/UI, and SEO.
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers by establishing priorities, outlining project scope, and guaranteeing top-notch delivery.
• Convert business goals into concise, actionable roadmaps and oversee implementation through the team.
• Recognize upselling and growth opportunities within current accounts, and assist in crafting new proposals and pre-sales discussions.
• Over 4 years of experience in eCommerce, with a robust background in UX/UI design applied to Shopify or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships within agency, consulting, or service-oriented settings.
• Practical experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), encompassing testing, analysis, and data-informed decision making.
• A strong portfolio that highlights eCommerce UX/UI projects, preferably focused on Shopify stores.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to work across various functions and take charge of results with minimal oversight.
