This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to Footwear and Sales Leadership for the development of optimized scheduling scenarios that enhance fleet utilization and customer service.
• Oversee nationwide scheduling operations for approximately 25 Shoemobile trucks.
• Evaluate scheduling requests and manage Outlook and Csert/Csolve schedules.
• Track event success, project service frequency, and modify schedules based on customer demand, past event performance, and business needs.
• Examine scheduling data to uncover anomalies, exceptions, and utilization patterns.
• Suggest schedule modifications to enhance service efficiency, optimize service hours, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with Shoemobile Services Managers, Sales partners, Service Coordinators, and Footwear Program Specialists to synchronize scheduling efforts.
• Proactively communicate scheduling changes and support consistent service delivery across designated markets.
• Integrate utilization, service, and operational data to propose truck deployment strategies, truck-location adjustments, and modifications to fleet capacity.
• Identify opportunities for improving scheduling processes, reporting, and system functionalities.
• Assist in company projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations support, scheduling, forecasting, route planning, data analysis, or a related operational field.
• Familiarity with scheduling, routing, workforce management, calendar management, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint, Csert/Csolve, or similar scheduling and analytical tools.
• Experience in analyzing operational data and supporting scheduling decisions.
• Knowledge of data analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proven experience in identifying operational challenges and formulating recommendations to enhance scheduling efficiency and fleet utilization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate operational activities, address scheduling issues, and achieve customer service objectives.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States now and in the foreseeable future.
