This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
⢠Act as the SharePoint Administrator and Developer for the organizationās intranet and document management system.
⢠Design SharePoint lists and libraries that integrate data sources.
⢠Create SharePoint pages, sites, site collections, custom web parts, Power Apps canvas and list-based applications, and Power Automate workflows.
⢠Ensure the site content is accurate and up-to-date.
⢠Oversee permissions across various site collections.
⢠Set up and manage email distribution lists with VA.
⢠Utilize SharePointās business intelligence features through dashboard reporting.
⢠Establish and manage Microsoft Teams groups, channels, permissions/user lists, and Teams-connected SharePoint sites.
⢠Administer and maintain documentation repositories stored on Teams.
⢠Generate and update documentation for SharePoint-based solutions and workflows.
⢠Implement VA SharePoint governance policies, business rules, standards, and best practices.
⢠Resolve end-user issues.
⢠Lead and conduct training sessions and briefings.
⢠Perform regularly scheduled audits of web content.
⢠Gather, analyze, summarize, and document user requirements from stakeholders and research.
⢠Create solutions and prototypes to meet current and future needs.
⢠Contribute to Quality Process Management and the C3M program.
⢠Develop process documents, process flows, technical specifications, and work instructions.
⢠Identify, document, review, and update IETSS programs and processes.
⢠Support the organization-wide quality and process improvement initiative.
⢠Assess program goals and targets, identify gaps, and suggest enhancements.
⢠Provide SharePoint requirements for the IETSS Metrics Data Warehouse and SQL Server Integration Services packages.
⢠Carry out other TPQI analysis tasks as needed.
⢠Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience or industry certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
⢠4 to 6 years of experience in SharePoint development.
⢠Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
⢠Familiarity and experience with Teams groups, channels, and their features.
⢠Capacity to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
⢠Strong communication skills.
⢠Ability to produce high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
⢠Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
⢠Skill in conveying complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of knowledge.
⢠Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
⢠U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
⢠Must successfully pass a comprehensive Government background investigation.
⢠Required tool proficiency: Microsoft Power Platform, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
