SharePoint Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the SharePoint experience, encompassing intranet, hub sites, navigation, and page design.

• Act as the expert on experience and usability for SharePoint throughout the organization.

• Establish experience standards, design patterns, templates, and provide guidance.

• Create and uphold governance for site structure, content quality, and lifecycle management.

• Design and enhance SharePoint pages and sites by applying best practices in UX, content design, and information architecture.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to Internal Communications regarding campaign strategies, storytelling, and content usage scenarios.

• Spearhead adoption initiatives through guidance, education, and advocacy—rather than direct authority.

• Evaluate usage data, search insights, and user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

• Proven track record in leading intranet or digital workplace experiences.

• Strong grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and content strategy.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders without the need for formal authority.

• Capacity to convert business requirements into practical, user-centered solutions.
