
SFMC Developer – Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and other components of SFMC.
• Convert marketing and business needs into technical solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Set up and manage data extensions, segmentation strategies, and dynamic content to guarantee precise targeting and personalization.
• Develop and oversee automated customer journeys through Journey Builder to engage prospects and customers throughout their journey.
• Create adaptable email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and personalize fields as needed.
• Execute advanced segmentation, preference centers, and triggered sends to enhance engagement and provide relevant experiences.
• Utilize Salesforce Connector or APIs to facilitate a seamless data exchange between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data warehouses).
• Oversee subscriber data management, import/export processes, and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure the appropriate data model is established for enhanced personalization and analytics.
• Track campaign performance, identify trends, and propose strategies for enhancement (e.g., subject line testing, send-time optimization, audience segmentation).
• Employ A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize content, segmentation, and messaging.
• Experience in Marketing Automation & Campaign Management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages).
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social media, etc.).
• Capability to design data-driven journeys and personalization strategies tailored to various customer lifecycle phases.
• Technical Expertise.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for email and landing page development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs for data management and process automation.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Collaboration & Communication.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Certifications (Preferred).
• Salesforce certifications, including Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Marketing Cloud Consultant, are highly regarded.
• Nice to have (Not Essential):
• Experience with other platforms, such as Automation: Braze, Hubspot CRM: Salesforce, Hubspot.
