Marketing Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee processes and projects to ensure the seamless operation of the brand marketing team.

• Address the daily requirements of the North America marketing team.

• Keep project timelines, templates, and recaps systematically organized.

• Manage reporting dashboards and arrange documents for various reporting requests (monthly, quarterly, seasonally, yearly).

• Gather and organize North America-specific seasonal information, requests, and details for incorporation into NA communications.

• Streamline SharePoint, Asana, deck templates, and other administrative duties.

• Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling, and ensure follow-up.

• Assist with additional needs across the Integrated Marketing Team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 0-2 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in the footwear/fitness industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Asana is advantageous.

• Strong communicator, capable of preparing and presenting information while addressing inquiries from management, clients, and colleagues.

• Experience in navigating complex organizations, meeting diverse needs, and prioritizing competing demands.

• Highly motivated, collaborative team player, and self-starter.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of assisting with event and promotional execution.

• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

• Positive and energetic working demeanor.

• Informed about current trends in the fitness/running industry.

• Proactively seeks competitor data/activity and draws inspiration from other sectors.
