This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Audit the current status of our automation platform: data, segments, journeys, and overall structure.
• Design and document the CRM architecture: data model, event taxonomy, and segmentation logic.
• Build and optimize journeys and automations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage the integration between our marketing tool and the sales CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
• Ensure quality and consistency of data throughout the entire chain.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to implement events and integrations from the product.
• Propose and measure improvements in deliverability, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• 2 to 4 years of experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or others).
• Solid understanding of automation logic, segmentation, and journeys.
• Experience integrating marketing tools with sales CRMs.
• Ability to work with technical teams: read documentation, understand APIs, and participate in data discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align with multiple areas.
