This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of and oversee our Salesforce CRM, including its configuration and continuous optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and manage the database effectively.
• Manage user access and establish system governance.
• Design and implement scalable processes that facilitate marketing and sales operations.
• Develop and maintain CRM structures that guarantee accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility of the sales pipeline.
• Design and oversee the lead lifecycle from initial contact to sales handoff.
• Create and maintain marketing attribution models to evaluate channel and campaign performance.
• Define and uphold UTM frameworks and tracking standards across various marketing channels.
• Develop and refine lead scoring models within Salesforce to aid in sales qualification and prioritization.
• Construct and manage marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support the measurement of campaigns, performance analysis, and ROI tracking throughout the marketing funnel.
• Ensure reporting structures provide clear insights into pipeline development and marketing impact.
• Manage integrations across the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align reporting standards and enhance pipeline visibility.
• Support vendor relationships and guarantee systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance marketing processes, tools, and data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM-focused positions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce; admin-level proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel reporting, and performance measurement.
• Experience in configuring marketing automation platforms and campaign workflows.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets.
• Experience in a B2B environment is required; experience in the SaaS or technology sector is a significant advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus.
