This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns within our clients' CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
• Resolve issues pertaining to clients' martech infrastructure, campaign attribution, and marketing analytics.
• Organize and initiate email, social media, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients.
• Deliver timely updates on campaign status during both internal and client-facing meetings.
• Manage campaign coordination and collect client feedback via Slack and email communications.
• Create and sustain marketing dashboards, lead scoring mechanisms, and reports on goals and conversions that effectively convey campaign performance.
• Maintain data accuracy by cleaning and overseeing contact databases, as well as assisting in sourcing new leads.
• Investigate products, services, and strategies to uncover new opportunities for enhancing our technology stack and methodologies.
• Perform additional digital marketing tasks as assigned.
• You likely have experience in financial services marketing and comprehend the distinctions between offshore wirehouses and independent advisors.
• You possess a strong understanding of highly regulated sectors and the responsibilities and challenges involved in marketing to their clientele.
• You have extensive experience in crafting large-scale, multichannel marketing campaigns and addressing complex issues related to martech implementation.
• You are proficient in utilizing the latest marketing tools and technologies to design sophisticated campaigns that yield results (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
• You have experience in generating website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards across various platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau).
• You possess a thorough understanding of the marketing funnel and how content, email, paid media, and sales interact and collaborate.
• You are a skilled multitasker who can swiftly transition between tasks and adapt to changing deadlines and client objectives.
• Your natural inclination is to take initiative and address problems as they arise.
• Experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
