This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the pipeline from approval to settlement.
• Prepare and distribute Approval/Offer Letters (AOL).
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding conditions.
• Handle quarterly pricing requests and repricing.
• Ensure that all documents are complete and compliant prior to settlement.
• Track timelines and proactively eliminate obstacles.
• Keep accurate records in Mercury CRM.
• Assist with client communication and provide status updates.
• 2-3 years of experience in Australian mortgage processing and settlements.
• Proven experience managing deals from post-approval to settlement.
• Knowledge of:
• - Loan documentation.
• - Settlement processes.
• - Communication workflows with lenders.
• Hands-on experience with:
• - Connective (mandatory).
• - Mercury CRM (preferred).
• Highly organized—ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Proactive in follow-ups (you pursue, rather than wait).
