Session Director – Spanish, Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee session facilitation, provide real-time coaching, and ensure quality monitoring of recordings during each session.

• Complete around 8 hours of calibration before production, observing sessions to synchronize on facilitation approach, recording goals, and workflow processes.

• Independently manage recording sessions post-calibration.

• Supervise recordings in real time, addressing any technical or conversational challenges that arise to reduce the need for re-recording.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Mexico).

• Proven experience in facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for a natural and authentic delivery.

• Comfortable handling real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions.

• Available to assist with sessions lasting approximately 4 hours each.
