This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training initiatives for Default Servicing functions, encompassing foreclosure, bankruptcy, post-foreclosure activities, claims, conveyance, property preservation, and collateral management.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
• Create structured onboarding programs specifically tailored to Default Servicing roles.
• Act as a subject matter expert in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and post-foreclosure operations.
• Stay updated on FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, and private investor guidelines.
• Convert complex regulatory and operational requirements into effective training materials.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and policy updates through targeted training efforts.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and business analysts to ensure training aligns with workflow changes and system functionalities.
• Produce and present training performance reports, learning metrics, and progress updates.
• Identify training gaps based on audit findings, error trends, and KPI performance metrics.
• Provide refresher training and coaching to address performance gaps and enhance accuracy.
• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and post-training assessments.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, process guides, job aids, SOPs, and reference tools.
• Ensure training materials are compliant and aligned with internal policies and external requirements.
• Work collaboratively with teams in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Accounting, Vendor Management, Quality Control, and leadership.
• Support organizational change management through effective communication, training, and reinforcement strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree related to the position or equivalent experience; preferred fields include Business, Finance, Training & Development, or similar.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Extensive experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, post-foreclosure operations, as well as claims and conveyance processes.
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or curriculum development is preferred.
• Knowledge of default servicing regulations, investor guidelines, and timelines is essential.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to documentation standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, third-party software applications, and learning management systems as required.
• Ability to transform complex processes into clear, structured training content.
• Analytical skills to identify trends in errors and performance gaps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel 5–10% as needed.
• Mobility in an office and classroom training environment; ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday during business hours; occasional nights or weekends may be required.
