ServiceTitan Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform a comprehensive audit and evaluation of the existing ServiceTitan configuration to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.

• Direct the setup and optimization of systems, which includes structuring the pricebook, managing memberships, defining job types, organizing business units, and automating workflows.

• Supervise the configuration of Marketing Pro, focusing on campaign setup, audience segmentation, and the automation of email and SMS workflows.

• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI, revenue attribution, and customer retention metrics.

• Work alongside operations teams to enhance processes related to dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs such as revenue, average ticket size, technician conversion rates, CSR booking rates, and membership growth.

• Ensure seamless integration with accounting systems and third-party applications to uphold data integrity and financial transparency.

• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership grounded in data insights and operational assessments.

• Educate internal teams on best practices, workflows, and system utilization to secure long-term adoption and success.

• Facilitate post-implementation reviews to evaluate system performance and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical experience with ServiceTitan.

• Proficiency in managing Marketing Pro campaigns and automation workflows.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze operational processes and implement system enhancements.

• Strong skills in reporting and KPI analysis.

• Experience with accounting integrations, particularly QuickBooks.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
