Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Kempten

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Customer-oriented consultation for our heating industry clients, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Assistance to your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a system mechanic in HVAC, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a refrigerant certificate category 1; additionally, having category 2 refrigerant certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Good command of German, both spoken and written.
