Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the setup and upkeep of ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and additional equipment along with Cash Depot products.

• Carry out cash replenishment and coin extraction as per schedule and requests.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests as scheduled and requested.

• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor or relevant Cash Depot personnel.

• Relay inventory and support requests to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled tasks.

• Complete administrative documentation in a thorough, precise, and timely manner.

• Uphold key departmental metrics concerning efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other critical metrics for Cash Depot and our clients.

• Support fellow technicians and assist with training or ride-along training as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and eligibility for insurance through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Capability to operate a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.

• Ability to perform tasks safely, including lifting and other associated responsibilities.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical tasks.

• Capacity to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Field Service Handbook.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, critical thinking, accuracy, thoroughness, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace or shifts in duties.
