This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Employing a solution sales strategy to promote PowerSchool professional services to K-12 educational institutions.
• Continuously enhancing knowledge and understanding of assigned applications and client business processes.
• Serving as a subject matter expert in Professional Services and the Customer Journey.
• Overseeing and reporting weekly forecasts in relation to assigned quotas while leading the overall objectives of the services product solution team.
• Capable of conducting impactful Professional Services sessions tailored to diverse audiences and customer roles throughout the sales process.
• Tasked with identifying client needs and providing suitable recommendations for both current and future value-added services and products.
• Designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeting specific territories and service offerings.
• Interacting with clients in person, via phone, or through email to establish project and software expectations, addressing feedback, and resolving issues in a way that meets customer satisfaction and business goals.
• Contributing positively within a team environment while independently achieving an ambitious quota.
• Performing additional duties as required.
• At least 2 years of pertinent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or the equivalent number of years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25-40%, for crucial events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company gatherings, with increased travel during peak periods based on business needs.
• Specialized knowledge or certifications, proficient in MS Office suite (PPT/Word/Excel), Office 365, SharePoint, and other collaborative technical environments.
• Previous experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce is a plus).
• Team-oriented mentality with enthusiasm, determination, and a positive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven sales abilities to achieve or surpass sales targets within an assigned territory.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain collaborative and positive working relationships.
