This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with field teams and office personnel to pinpoint areas within administrative and field operations business processes that require enhancement.
• Perform onsite observations to analyze and document field operations activities.
• Develop and consistently refine standard procedures for the entire project lifecycle, along with detailed breakdowns for each identified process.
• Serve as the team leader for service improvement initiatives.
• Gather and assess feedback to identify suitable actions.
• Create, present, and deliver presentations regarding suggested business process improvements and enhancements.
• Produce clear and detailed documentation for complex business processes.
• Establish, monitor, and ensure stakeholders are accountable for deliverable timelines.
• Guarantee that all new best practices or processes are integrated into process maps and communicated to the relevant training entities.
• Design process layouts and workflows.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in utility-scale PV plant operations, serving in roles such as Field Technician, Project Manager, Superintendent, or a combination thereof.
• Direct experience with a project's lifecycle from mobilization to demobilization, including commissioning and closeout.
• Prior experience with essential business processes, which may include, but are not limited to: monthly subcontractor and owner invoicing, executing subcontractor and owner change orders, monthly profit/loss forecasting, material receiving tracking, installed materials tracking, and meeting minutes.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, as well as Lucid Charts or Visio.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; must possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment; self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for spotting process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships, collaborate effectively, and work well within diverse teams.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill responsibilities and duties effectively.
