This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Formulates tactical and strategic customer plans to achieve financial orders, sales, and margin targets.
β’ Engage with industrial and utility customers to showcase ELSE business services and products, aiming to identify, develop, and finalize orders.
β’ Implement business objectives and possess the capability to influence both short-term and certain long-term business goals.
β’ Spearhead strategic sales planning and execution to align ABB solutions with customer business requirements.
β’ Cultivate and sustain robust, multi-level customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Recognize growth opportunities, support sales efforts, and negotiate contracts to further customer objectives.
β’ Monitor market trends, keep precise opportunity records, and suggest actions that facilitate continuous business growth.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED coupled with a minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial or utility sales position).
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Field Services, or Marketing roles related to customer development in a pre-order capacity.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of expertise in selling products and services related to electrical power studies, switchgear, drives, motors, and transformers.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of industrial and utility applications pertaining to services, repairs, and products.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
β’ A self-motivated, energetic individual who positively contributes to the team environment.
β’ Candidates must already possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
β’ Choice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan known as the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) referred to as the High Deductible Plan.
