ServiceNow Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct live training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for audiences with varying technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform.

• Provide specialized training on the latest features, portals, workflows, and catalog offerings.

• Create and update high-quality training videos, instructor manuals, reference materials, and job aids.

• Assess training needs by analyzing customer feedback and Knowledge Article trends, and propose enhancements.

• Keep training resources up to date in both digital and print formats to ensure wide accessibility.

• Adapt training programs to meet evolving needs by identifying and implementing improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with new releases and platform updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering customized in-person, virtual, and train-the-trainer training sessions.

• More than 3 years of experience in creating user documentation, including Knowledge Articles, user guides, process documentation, and job aids.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

• Capability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training materials.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to sharpen training requirements and materials.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ITIL foundations or possession of ITIL certification.
