This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and set up Service Portal widgets, pages, and Service Catalog items.
• Create custom table and form design layouts along with data structures.
• Protect platform data through the use of Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Automate business logic utilizing Flow Designer and integrated APIs.
• Establish email and event-driven notifications.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripts, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement and enhance Document Intelligence for automated data extraction.
• Deploy and oversee Workplace Service Kiosk and Workplace Visitor Management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Managers, and cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Refine user stories and convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Work with technical stakeholders, architects, and product owners on solution design and platform governance.
• Estimate relative work effort to aid in prioritization.
• Assist with platform upgrades, instance cloning, and execution of the Automated Test Framework.
• Remain up-to-date with new platform functionalities.
• Mentor junior talent.
• Contribute to proposals and technical specifications.
• Lead Scrum demonstrations, work groups, and team initiatives.
• Drive changes in methodology, manage customer deliverables, and address process challenges.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical training, certifications, or a degree.
• Proficiency in Service Portal.
• Familiarity with Service Catalog architecture.
• Experience with ACL security.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer.
• Experience in API integrations.
• Proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting.
• Familiarity with Document Intelligence.
• Experience with Workplace Service Kiosk.
• Experience with Workplace Visitor Management modules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum requirements gathering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership in problem resolution.
• Ability to communicate as a technical authority.
• Capability to contribute to proposals and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead Scrum demos, work groups, and team initiatives.
• Capacity to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Capacity to implement changes in methodology, manage customer deliverables, and identify and resolve process challenges.
• Must successfully pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust.
• Required to hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
