This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Design and configure widgets, pages, and items for the Service Portal.
• Create custom layouts for tables and forms, along with their respective data structures.
• Ensure platform data security through Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and integrated APIs.
• Establish email and event-driven notifications.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripts, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement and enhance Document Intelligence for automated data extraction.
• Manage and deploy the Walk-in user experience via Workplace Service Kiosk and Workplace Visitor Management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Managers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Refine user stories and convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Influence solution design and platform governance alongside technical stakeholders, architects, and product owners.
• Assess relative work effort for requests to facilitate prioritization.
• Assist with platform upgrades, instance cloning, and Automated Test Framework execution.
• Keep up-to-date with new functionalities of the platform.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Technical training, certifications, or a relevant degree.
• Over 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Service Portal, Service Catalog architecture, and ACL security.
• Experience with Flow Designer, API integrations, and client/server-side scripting.
• Familiarity with Document Intelligence, Workplace Service Kiosk, and Workplace Visitor Management modules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum requirements gathering.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership in problem resolution.
• Capability to communicate as a technical authority and contribute to proposals and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead Scrum demos, workgroups, and team initiatives.
• Skill in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Capacity to mentor junior team members and support staff development.
• Ability to drive methodology changes, manage customer deliverables, and identify and resolve process challenges.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
