Senior ServiceNow Developer, JR670

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Set up ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management applications from the ground up for the Proof of Concept (POC).

• Develop and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain.

• Collaborate directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to tailor the solution to their actual workflows.

• Provide a functioning POC along with suggestions for a wider implementation roadmap.

• Utilize ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to deliver a high-quality, scalable solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and integration.

• Extensive experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules.

• Familiarity with Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release applications is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in building ServiceNow integrations with Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

• Proficient in REST API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration.

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model.

• Experience in translating business workflows into platform configuration with client stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, build-from-scratch POC environment.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or other regulated industries using ServiceNow is a plus.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
