This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert, driving the design, implementation, and enhancement of intricate, enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and take ownership of the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, ensuring its alignment with business strategies, security requirements, and IT objectives.
• Transform complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and integrated ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the comprehensive architecture and design across platform capabilities, encompassing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and App Engine.
• Design and manage complex integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.
• Establish and uphold platform governance, development standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Provide practical guidance in configuration and development, including scoped applications, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
• Conduct architecture evaluations, code reviews, and platform health assessments to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Design and implement reusable and scalable platform components in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management, including upgrade planning, regression strategy, and release management.
• Promote the adoption of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators; serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with both executive and working-level stakeholders to align platform capabilities with mission and business outcomes.
• Assess and recommend emerging ServiceNow functionalities, including AI/automation and advanced analytics.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a lead or enterprise ServiceNow Architect on large-scale, multi-module implementations.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, CSDM, data modeling, and domain separation.
• Proven experience in designing and executing complex enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with platform scalability, performance tuning, and instance optimization.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, including role-based access controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
• Established ability to create and enforce governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and development standards.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) in ServiceNow delivery.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
