This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Creating customer applications focused on Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatching.
• Partnering with stakeholders to pinpoint essential functionalities within the tailored ServiceNow instance.
• Improving ServiceNow (SN) event rules as needed to guarantee appropriate CMDB binding.
• Engaging with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather crucial environmental information to assist with your service map and event-related tasks.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a focus on FSM/CSM/SOM and related integrations.
• Deep understanding of FSM/CSM/SOM solutions along with the ability to communicate and implement these effectively.
• Capability to develop user interfaces tailored to diverse user audiences, based on custom application models or Service Portals.
• Experience in creating integrated logic and functional components that interact with ServiceNow's internal services and APIs (using REST).
• Familiarity with service-oriented and distributed application architecture within the enterprise, including web services, data access and persistence, client/server models, etc.
• Knowledge of both Credential-less and Credential-based Discovery methodologies.
• Skills in installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow FSM/CSM/SOM software products, with a focus on discovery, service mapping, certification management, Service Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB.
• Ability to prevent duplicate Configuration Items (CIs) using CI identifiers.
• Experience in extending Horizontal Discovery with custom Infrastructure Patterns and Application Patterns.
• Proficient in configuring, managing, and maintaining MID servers.
• Skilled in using the command line console for Service Mapping tasks.
• Ability to work with and transfer patterns across different environments for Service Mapping.
• Proficient in setting up Identification Rules for Service Mapping.
• Knowledgeable in discovering multi-tier services, including advanced pattern configurations for Service Mapping.
