Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing and executing the technical implementation of innovative ServiceNow projects.

• You will create and architect complex ServiceNow solutions.

• You will convert requirements into technical implementations, overseeing the implementation and configuration of tailored applications and modules.

• You will collaborate closely with our clients, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.

• Alongside your team, you will ensure successful project delivery on schedule, within budget, and meeting all scope requirements.

• You will coordinate with other teams, particularly in the realm of integrations and interfaces.

• You will work in collaboration with international colleagues.

• You will share your expertise within the team and actively participate in developing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in IT or a similar qualification, accompanied by relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of five years of experience in the ServiceNow environment.

• A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and modules.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: CSM, FSM, SPM, or SOM.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.

• Familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is advantageous.

• A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• An independent, structured, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel based on project requirements (up to approximately 50%).
