This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the architect for projects by establishing and executing the technical direction while collaborating with the consulting team to deliver client solutions.
• Take part in and/or lead design, requirements, or technical workshops, with a strong emphasis on design thinking.
• Supervise and engage in development, testing, and deployment activities alongside some of ServiceNow’s premier enterprise clients.
• Assume responsibility for all technical deliverables concerning ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the solutions we deploy and our customers' business needs.
• Assist in business development and pre-sales efforts as the technical lead/architect.
• Promote our ServosGov offering, the first Public Sector solution built on ServiceNow's Public Sector Digital Services product.
• Possess expertise in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement.
• Remain informed about the latest versions and features of ServiceNow.
• A highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with demonstrable experience in both the design and execution of ServiceNow implementations, preferably in Customer or Creator Workflows.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration.
• Proficiency in preferred areas such as Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and Frontend Development (HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS).
• Client-focused with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
