ServiceNow System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, which includes managing user access, monitoring instance health, scheduling jobs, governance of access, license oversight, and managing environments.

• Design, configure, and sustain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to fulfill business needs.

• Ensure that platform configurations adhere to industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and comply with internal cybersecurity policies.

• Develop and sustain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to optimize business processes.

• Facilitate integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) through the use of APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.

• Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational visibility and support informed decision-making.

• Engage in change control processes, ensuring that updates are tested, documented, and implemented with minimal disruptions.

• Collaborate closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with strategic objectives.

• Execute platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay, etc.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Familiarity with ITSM processes.

• Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
