This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create solutions that align business needs with the inherent capabilities of ServiceNow.
• Oversee and refine product roadmaps.
• Work collaboratively with global teams, including product, engineering, architecture, and business units.
• Convert requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow products.
• Advise technical teams and clients, emphasizing standard practices and minimizing customizations.
• Assist in defining the strategy and progression of the platform.
• Partner with Product Managers to identify solutions and use cases.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and market trends.
• Lead engagements with internal stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow.
• Background in positions such as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or ServiceNow Implementer.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform development and solution architecture.
• Required knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles.
• Significant experience (8 to 10+ years) working with ServiceNow.
• Possession of ServiceNow certifications, particularly the Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
