
ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Customer Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary architect on projects to define technical direction and guide the development team in delivering client solutions through ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and custom development.
• Participate in and/or facilitate design workshops, as well as development, testing, and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow’s leading enterprise and public sector clients.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables associated with ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the solutions we deliver and our clients’ business needs.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for executive-level clients, assisting engagement and program managers.
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales initiatives as the technical lead/architect.
• Offer expert-level support and technical guidance to the implementation team.
• Address Request for Information/Proposal documents promptly.
• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement.
• A seasoned ServiceNow Consultant with a proven track record in both designing and executing ServiceNow implementations.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration.
• Knowledgeable in ServiceNow's Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio.
• Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions for large-scale projects.
• Act as a mentor and advisor to technical consultants and clients.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills, dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships.
• Hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and preferably a Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) & Certified Application Developer (CAD).
