ServiceNow Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions that integrate business needs with the platform’s inherent capabilities, ensuring value delivery and measurable results.

• Oversee product roadmaps and play a key role in shaping the strategy for enhancing features and services.

• Work collaboratively with international, cross-functional teams to convert requirements into:

• - User stories.

• - Technical specifications.

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow products and their benefits to the organization.

• Guide development teams and stakeholders by emphasizing out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality while minimizing customizations.

• Resolve issues and foster trust through solutions that are in line with PwC's global strategies.

• Proven experience as:

• - ServiceNow Implementer

• - Solutions Architect

• - Technical Architect

• Proficiency in:

• - Advanced understanding of one or more ServiceNow products.

• - Client-focused approach.

• - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• - Successful project delivery.

• - Agile methodologies.

• - Experience in business process design (preferred).

• - Familiarity with agile methodologies and related tools.

• - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• - Effective communication and collaboration with global teams.

• - Knowledge of Configuration Management.

• Preferred qualifications:

• - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• - Experience managing operations in alignment with organizational strategy

• - Ability to recognize trends and validate outcomes through analytics

• - Experience in process automation and productivity enhancement

• - Understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks
