ServiceNow Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform.

• Create solutions utilizing FSM (Field Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules.

• Establish integration strategies among systems, data architecture, and information security.

• Guide the use of extensions through the App Engine, ensuring scalability and adherence to development best practices.

• Design automation workflows and integrations aimed at optimizing business processes.

• Lead the development of FSM/Now Mobile solutions to support operations of the field team.

• Act as a technical reference for the development team, advocating for architectural standards and technical governance.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform best practices and the project's strategic requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform.

• Proficiency in integrations, systems architecture, data modeling, and security.

• Background in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-availability solutions.

• Experience in defining architectural standards and overseeing technical governance.

• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with FSM, CSM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Mobile is a plus.

• ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects and enterprise platforms is a plus.
