This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage with end-users and key stakeholders to collect system requirements for CSM/FSM.
• Design and execute CSM programs, policies, and control frameworks.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in project teams that define, design, and create CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide support and maintenance for integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to comprehend requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Take part in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Coordinate with the existing ServiceNow technical lead for map/event work to maintain a consistent approach.
• Over 10 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically with CSM and Custom Applications.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development involving ServiceNow CSM products.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an architect role.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including CSM, FSM, and SOM/TSOM.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Proficient in coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems.
• Experience collaborating with risk or compliance teams, tools, and practices.
• Capability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements, designs, and solutions.
• Familiarity with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
• Official ServiceNow training for multiple certifications.
