This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver technical leadership and architectural direction for large-scale implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders and development teams to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure consistency with business strategy and adherence to platform best practices.
• ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years.
• Experience as an Architect / Tech Lead: 3+ years.
• Proficiency in CMDB & ITSM Master Data Management (MDM).
• Knowledge of IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance).
• Experience with the CSM module (customer workflows).
• Demonstrated capability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of platform integrations, data models, and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management, including with international teams.
