ServiceNow Security Operations Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules to facilitate enterprise-wide vulnerability management processes.

• Create and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and various external security tools (such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, SCCM).

• Enhance data flows for vulnerability data import, normalization, and export by utilizing ServiceNow’s scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, and orchestration tools.

• Work in collaboration with security, IT operations, and compliance teams to establish workflows for vulnerability triage, assignment, remediation tracking, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and managing integrations with third-party security tools using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export procedures.

• Strong understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle, risk assessment frameworks, and commonly used enterprise security toolsets.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in remote, collaborative working environments.
