ServiceNow Risk Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development, configuration, integration, and support of the ServiceNow IT IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules.

• Work in partnership with risk, compliance, security, and IT operations teams.

• Provide scalable, automated, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

• Offer guidance on quality solutions that meet business requirements.

• Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in accordance with enterprise SLAs.

• Develop approved user stories during bi-weekly sprint cycles.

• Conduct peer reviews of stories authored by team members.

• Ensure successful production delivery during release phases.

• Align with leading product practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM and/or TPRM products.

• Proficient in ServiceNow IRM modules, such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, and Audit Management workflows.

• Experience in translating risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor-risk requirements into user stories aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.

• Knowledge of regulatory and risk frameworks that drive IRM/TPRM implementations.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or TPRM is preferred.

• Experience in supporting environments with high regulatory demands.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
